Human Resources & Payroll Administrator 
Purpose:  The Nal’ibali has a vacancy for a Human Resources & Payroll Administrator who will be responsible for the administration and delivery of an accurate, efficient and timely payroll service including reporting.  The incumbent will also manage the administration of HR documentation and other HR related matters.  
Key Responsibilities: 
• Record all information on the payroll system. • Attend to payroll queries and coordinate leave. • Provide advice and assistance to staff and managers on HR related matters. • Assist with the recruitment process, including but not limited to, placing of adverts, receiving applications, shortlisting, interviews arrangement and ensure screening checks are conducted. • Assist with exit interviews and the compilation of related reports. • Arrange monthly induction programme for new staff. • Correctly and timeously perform all HR related duties.   
Requirements • A national diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, industrial psychology and/or related HR fields.  • At least three years’ payroll administration experience is essential, VIP would advantageous • A minimum of three years’ experience in a HR generalist capacity in a medium organisation.   • In-depth exposure and experience in all HR functional areas.   • Good knowledge of legislation that regulates human resources.  • Excellent interpersonal skills.   • Driver’s license and willingness to travel as and when required
